The client needed a new website that was modern and primarily user-friendly/responsive, as it previously was very difficult to navigate or find the various types of content/information. Information architecture and content strategy were the biggest challenges and primary goals to implement in the end result. The updated Marjorie Ballentine website has gotten very positive feedback from both users and the client.
